Information you share
When you submit a form on this site — The Newport List, a home search, or a seller inquiry — you share your name, email, and whatever else you choose to write. That information is saved so Michael can follow up with you personally, and it goes to no one else.
Measurement and advertising
This site uses a Google Ads tag to measure visits and completed seller inquiries, including cash-sale inquiries, and help optimize advertising. The tag sends Google page and visit information and a completed-inquiry event; form names, emails, addresses and notes are not included in that event. In regions that require consent, or when your region cannot be determined, the tag and inquiry events stay blocked until you accept. Elsewhere, ordinary measurement is enabled unless you decline or an applicable opt-out prevents it.

Your choices
Use Cookie settings at any time to accept or decline advertising measurement. Your choice and the date and notice version are saved in this browser. Declining stops future measurement events, including in other open tabs; previously blocked events are not replayed if you later accept. Your form can still be submitted whether you accept or decline.
